Some companies ask you, “What can you contribute to this company?” or the team. And that’s a fair question. But as you change careers, you must ask yourself, “What do I want to contribute? Who do I want to contribute to?”
Look at the following list of Core Business Interests and identify the ones that might be of interest to you, even if you have not considered them before. See if you can find out: What do I want to do?
